Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

Processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Store Credit

We offer store credit only for eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Our jewelry is delicate. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, handling, or storage.
